Terms of Service

What Redrob AI does
Redrob AI helps you find jobs, improve your resume, build your Redrob Score, and reach recruiters from your own Gmail. We aggregate live listings from third-party providers and bring them into one place. Using Redrob means you agree to these terms - if you don't, please don't use the service.
Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Give accurate, current details and keep them updated. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password private and tell us right away if you suspect someone else has access.
Verifying your email & phone
We ask you to verify your email and phone number because recruiters only reply to people they can actually reach. Verification is a one-time, 30-second step, and it's what unlocks applying and your agent. Unverified accounts can browse but can't send outreach.
Your agent & your control
You set the rules; the agent only acts within them. It states facts drawn from your resume, never invents qualifications, never pays fees, and always escalates money talk and offers to you for a decision. You can review what it plans to send, pause it, or stop it entirely at any time.
Outreach from your Gmail
When you connect Gmail, approved messages are sent from your own address so recruiters hear from you, not a bot farm. We apply a daily sending cap and never email the same recruiter twice for the same role. You remain responsible for the content you approve before it goes out.
Free to apply
Redrob never charges you to apply to a job or to contact a recruiter. If anyone on or off the platform asks you to pay a fee, deposit, or 'registration charge' to get a job, treat it as a scam and report it to us. Any paid features we may offer will always be clearly labelled and optional.
Acceptable use
Use Redrob honestly and lawfully. Don't scrape or copy the platform, send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, impersonate others, post false information, upload malware, or contact recruiters in ways that break their platform's rules or Indian law. Misuse can lead to limits, suspension, or removal.
Third-party listings & content
Many job listings come from external sources such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Wellfound. We don't control that content; roles may change, pause, or expire, and salary figures may be estimated. We work to filter out ghost and fake listings, but we can't guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
Your content & our service
Your resume, profile, and messages stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only to operate features you use - ranking jobs, tailoring your resume, and sending outreach you approve. The Redrob app, brand, and software remain our property.
Suspension & termination
We may limit, suspend, or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users or recruiters, or poses a security or legal risk. You can stop using Redrob and delete your account at any time from Settings; some records may be retained where the law requires.
Disclaimers & liability
We connect you to opportunities but don't guarantee jobs, replies, interviews, or offers. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Redrob isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or from third-party listings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and law evolve. If we make material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Redrob after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. For any questions about these terms, contact us through Support or at the address listed in Settings.
